Smiley Faced Fascism. . .

Have a listen to twenty minutes of Mark Steyn on the rise of National Socialism with a smiley face in Canada (contrary to some people's belief I don't think of Canada as America's hat, I think of it more like the crazy lady with the twenty cats who lives down the road).

This link takes you to the Shire Network News, in the right sidebar, click podcast number 115, the segment with Mark Steyn begins about 13 minutes in, give the player a little time to load and then jump to the middle of the podcast progress bar and you'll be in the Steyn portion. Here's the link again.

If you're unfamiliar with Steyn, grab a copy of America Alone: The End of the World as We Know It, which should be a wake-up call for most Americans, it's ironic that it takes a Canadian to tell us.
