Death by Indictment. . .

Here's an interesting post I came across today. It raises some points to consider when businesses are subject to indictment. I'm sure I'll be coming back to this once the Tom Delay indictment is tossed out on its ear and everyone is talking about malicious prosecution by partisan district attorneys.

Ah yes, wonderful comments from the "guilty until proven innocent" crowd.

Will the indictment be thrown out? Probably. It's seriously flawed; based on documents that the prosecution admits do not exist and the product of a prosecutor seeking indictment for indictment's sake.

Not to mention the rig-a-ma-role about indicting for a crime that wasn't a crime, then convening an eleventh hour grand jury (the third I believe) to try and correct the prosecutorial mistakes.

If the indictment was solid, I'd give it more credence, but as it stands, it's a perfect example of malicious prosecution which will probably not stand up in court.

Really Tapmann, if this is what you consider a "pro delay" "bloq post" is, you really do live in a small minded world, don't you?

Over here, we live in the "innocent until proven guilty" world and tend to base opinions on what we've thought about and evaluated within contextual references. We don't just kneejerk react with profanities and whine about all things Rethuglican.

Have a nice day, idiot.
